#6 JAPANESE TEA SET EISAI

The teapot with stand has a very particular filtering mechanism that recalls ancient Japanese tea services, like the whole set, but with modern implementations to facilitate its use.

HOW DOES THE FILTERING WORK?

The teapot is composed of 2 parts, the upper part and the lower part, these 2 parts communicate through a filter that separates the leaves leaving them in the upper teapot while the liquid descends into the lower part that collects it and then makes it descend into the pitcher. 
 

1. Insert the leaves into the upper teapot
2. Pour water over them
3. Once the infusion minutes have passed, rotate the upper teapot and the liquid will descend into the lower part and then into the pitcher
